I operate my business from a home office and so I have lower overhead than most of my competitors. Therefore I can offer very competitive pricing on my services. My web development prices are usually about 1/2 of the market rate. Simple web sites can be under $1,000 although the prices go up for custom graphics, custom photography, Javascripting, dynamic effects and eCommerce features or for large, complex sites.

I am also very competitive on project management assignments. My rates are negotiated based on Arizona market rates. Contract length and travel expenses are also a factor in the final price. Price should NOT be the main determining factor in hiring me to manage a project or developing a web site for your business.
