Project Manager - I manage 8-10 projects for the Web Hosting team at American Express.  I

manage all aspects of the project from solution design and funding  to QA, test and production implementation.  Technologies include Java, J2EE, Websphere,  MQ Series/WBI and LotusNotes.

Sr. Project Manager - I managed a project which involves development of an Java web

application using an Oracle database.  The project scope involves application development, telecommunications links and a web-based Java application, developed by internal and vendor resources.  HIPAA compliant controls were used to secure personal medical information used in

our name and address matching scheme.

Sr. Project Manager - I managed a large project which involves development of an Oracle/SQL application.  The project scope involves application development, integration of third-party

messaging software(MQ Series), telecommunications links and a web-based front-end

application.  I managed a cross-functional, matrixed team of about 25 people, including vendor consultants (IBM consultants).

Wells Fargo - Internet Security Solutions

Project Manager - I managed a team of 8-9 software personnel.  Our responsibilities include development, integration and support of  information security authentication and encryption

software tools used to secure B2B, B2C and EFT transactions.  My team also maintained and

enhanced the group’s intranet web site.  Environment includes Unix(Solaris and HP/UX),

WIN2K/NT and Mainframe platforms.

Executive Project Manager   - April 1998 - December 1999

IBM Global Services

I was responsible for managing five commercial outsourcing accounts with an annual revenue target of about $16 million.  My areas of responsibility

included financial management, vendor / service provider management, ensuring services were delivered so as to meet or exceed service level objectives and providing executive/technical oversight for multiple Project Managers.

 Accomplishments:

* I negotiated and implemented a new midrange server (HP/UX)platform with Sprint PCS which  was worth over $4 million annually with servers located at 4 national locations

* I managed new projects for existing customers, including Outsourcing and Integration Services, Disaster Recovery Services, Network Design and Management Services, Help Desk/ Call Center Services and Technical Support/System Administration Services

* I regularly managed multiple vendors / service providers to maximize our service and profitability
